Heard the learned counsel for the appellant on the I.A. No. 295/2023.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the appellant that vide order dated 10.04.2023, the I.A. No. 173/2023 was disposed off with the liberty to the appellant to move appropriate application before the Tribunal below for redressal of his grievance and with a further direction that if such application is moved, the same shall be decided by the Tribunal below within specific time. It is further contended that due to inadvertence, the interim protection with regard to the secured property granted vide order dated 03.03.2023 of this Appellate Tribunal could not be extended, therefore, a prayer has been made that the interest of the appellant may be protected by extending the status quo order dated 03.03.2023.
In view of the submission made on behalf of the appellant, the interim application being I.A. No. 295/2023 is allowed and till next date of listing, interim order dated 03.03.2023 granted by this Tribunal shall remain operative.
List this case on 05.07.2023 for hearing.
