Heard the learned counsel for the appellant on the I.A. No. 512/2022 being urgency application, which has been filed on the ground that the Recovery Officer has started the recovery proceeding in R. P. Case No. 307/2012 vide order dated 14.09.2021.
The appellant has remedy open to him to challenge the order passed by the Recovery Officer before the competent forum, which needs no direction. As such the urgency application is dismissed.
