Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the urgency application being I.A. no. 292/2023.
The learned counsel for the applicants submits that this Tribunal had granted the interim relief in favour of the applicants vide order dated 03.03.2023 and the case was listed for 10.04.2023, but due to inadvertence, the same could not be extended on 10.04.2023 and the Recovery Officer has already fixed the case on 15.04.2023 for proceedings with the sale proclamation. Therefore, the urgency application may be allowed and the date fixed for 05.07.2023 may be preponed to at an early date.
In view of the above, the urgency application is allowed and the date already fixed for 05.07.2023 is preponed to 17.04.2023.
