The Hon’ble Court vide order 14.03.2023, directed the Appellant to deposit 25% of the amount within one month from passing of the order dated 14.03.2023, failing which, the Appeal shall stand dismissed as not maintainable for want of mandatory pre- deposit without further reference to Hon’ble Court.
As per office report dated 13.04.2023, no amount has been deposited by the Appellant till date, as stipulated by the Hon’ble Court.
In view of non compliance of the above order dated 14.03.2023, passed by the Hon’ble Court, the Appeal stand dismissed.
