Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 703/2022.
Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the matter was heard at length on two occasions and last time the case was taken up on 12.12.2022, on which hearing could not take place and the next date was fixed for 31.03.2023, which is too long, therefore, it is prayed that the matter may be preponed to an early date.
Since the matter has already been heard partly and the date fixed for 31.03.2023 appears to be long, therefore, it would be appropriate to prepone the said date to an early date. Accordingly, the urgency application being I.A. No. 703/2022 is allowed and the date fixed for 31.03.2023 is preponed to 20.02.2023 for hearing.
