Learned counsel for the appellant submits that Shri Arnab Bannerji, Advocate was duly noticed and affidavit of service dated 11.08.2022 is already on record.
However, Shri Bannerji is not present today. It appears that he was not aware about the date fixed today. Therefore, the learned counsel for the appellant shall inform Shri Bannerjee, Advocate about the order passed today in writing within 48 hours.
Learned counsel for the appellant also submits that the respondents no. 3 to 6 are proforma parties, against whom no relief has been sought, therefore, they may be exempted from service of notice. Ordered accordingly.
List this case for hearing on 19.10.2022. Till then the interim order, if any, shall remain operative.
