Learned counsel for the appellant presses the urgency application being I.A. No. 116/2022 stating that the date already fixed as 05.09.2020 be preponed to an early date for hearing the case. However, the learned counsel states that he has received an adjournment application from Shri D. N. Awasthi, counsel for the respondents no. 1 & 2 and prays that the matter may be posted preferably in the first week of July, 2022.
In view of the above, the urgency application is allowed and the date fixed in the case as 05.09.2022 is preponed to 14.07.2022 for reply.
