It is has been mentioned that there is wedding ceremony in the family of the learned counsel for the respondent no. 1, therefore, he seeks time to argue the case.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that 12.12.2022 is the date fixed before the Recovery Officer and if the learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 does not want to argue the case today, he may be directed not to press before the Recovery Officer for refund of the amount deposited with the appellant-Bank.
