A mention has been made along with application by Shri O. P. Mishra, learned counsel for the appellant that due to inadvertent mistake, the date is fixed for 11.01.2023, although the matter was to be listed before 12.12.2022, which date is fixed before the R.O. concerned. Therefore, in the present matter, the date may be fixed prior to the date fixed before the R.O.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, let the date already fixed i.e. 11.01.2023 be preponed to 08.12.2022.
