The learned counsel appearing for the respondents have submitted that the impugned judgment & order dated 28.04.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Appeal No.393/2022 has already been stayed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.40056/2023 on 02.04.2024.

In view of the fact that the impugned judgment & order passed by this Court has already been stayed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this contempt petition while granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again after disposal of the aforesaid Special Leave Petition by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, if occasion so arises.
