Chaliha, learned counsel for the sole respondent, has furnished a speaking order dated 02.04.2024 issued by the Secretary to the Government of Assam, Finance (EC II) Department wherein it is stated that the proposal of the petitioner cannot be considered for recommendation for granting of minimum payscale.
On perusal of the said speaking order dated 02.04.2024, this Court is of the considered opinion that substantial compliance has been made by the respondents. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
