Handique, learned counsel for the sole respondent has submitted that in terms of the directions passed by this Court vide order dated 01.12.2022 in WP(C)/6386/2022, requiring the respondent authorities to declare the results of the 6(six) months Recorders Certificate Class Course Training held from 01.11.2019 to 16.10.2020, the said results were declared on 29.04.2023 by the Director of Land Records & Survey etc., Assam.
In view of the notice dated 29.04.2023, it is noted that the directions passed by this Court vide the order dated 01.12.2022 has been complied

with and there is no willful and deliberate violation of the same.
In view of the above, the present contempt case stands closed.
