This miscellaneous application is filed on behalf of the applicants with a prayer to restore the connected PIL No.52/2023 to its original number, which was dismissed by this Court on 07.02.2024 on account of none appearance of the applicants.
This Court has noticed that no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners in the connected PIL on 30.08.2023, 21.09.2023 and 08.12.2023.
The applicant No.2, who is appearing in person, has submitted that as he was not keeping well and was under constant treatment, he failed to appear on the date fixed. It is also submitted that on 07.02.2024, his name was not shown in the cause list.
Having heard the learned counsel for the applicants as well as the counsel for the respondent State and after going through the contents of the application, we deem it appropriate to allow the prayer made in this miscellaneous application.

Accordingly, the connected PIL 52/2023 be restored to its original number
and list before this Court after four weeks.
The Misc. Case is disposed of.
