The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No.02 of 2014 (Mehandiganj P.S. Case No.01 of 2014) registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on raid conducted by the police at the house of the petitioner, 1.7 kilograms Ganja, kept in a polythene , was recovered from the room of Rajesh Ram, the son of the petitioner, and at that time, the petitioner was present at the house, which is a joint house. It is further submitted that the petitioner and her husband are living separately from the co-accused, Rajesh Ram, from whose room the recovery of alleged Ganja is said to be made. The petitioner being lady and having criminal antecedent is in custody since 1.1.2014.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Patna, in connection with Special Case No.02 of 2014 (Mehandiganj P.S. Case No.01 of 2014).
