The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupt Nagar) P.S. Case No.188 of 2013 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the petitioner and six others got the sale deed executed regarding the land of the informant from one Sanjit Kumar Singh, who has no right and title.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the bonafide purchaser of the land from Sanjit Kumar Singh, who got acquired right and title of the land from his ancestor, Ram Avtar Singh. The petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2013.

case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupt Nagar) P.S. Case No.188 of 2013.
