The petitioner is accused in connection with Naugachia (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 10 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 498(A) and 494/34of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner happens to be married sister-in-law of the informant, Sinku Devi and has falsely been implicated in this case with general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry. It is further submitted that she is in custody since 25.12.2013.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand)
