The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Halsi (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. Case No.118 of 2013 registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 25(1)(b)(A), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that four persons are said to be apprehended by the police and on search, two persons were found with loaded country made pistols, one another person was found with one packet of cigarette and this petitioner was found with a match box. It is further submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive and
having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 25.12.2013.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the

case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Halsi (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. Case No.118 of 2013.
