The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No.257 of 2013 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A and 26 of the Arms Act.
The allegation is that on being apprehended by the police, one country made pistol loaded with one cartridge besides three live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 26.10.2013.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand)
