JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 09-04-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 406,420,467,468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of receiving freedom fighter pension on forged documents. It is submitted that the accusation has been levelled on technical ground when the investigation is still pending and with similar accusation others have been granted bail.
Let the learned court below consider the regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case no. 14 of 2003 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Patna.
This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
