The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 504, 353, 188 of the Indian Penal Code and 171 of R.P. Act.
The accusation is of snatching one ballot paper during Panchayat election.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is against the mob when subsequently the Election Commission lodged a case against the Presiding Officer.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on
