The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,376/511,504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of attempting to establish physical relationship and causing injury with knife.
It is submitted that for the occurrence of 22.6.2008 the FIR was registered on 24.6.2008 when the petitioner side lodged Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 271 of 2008 on 22.6.2008. More over, the informant has retracted from the initial version.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with
