ORAL ORDER
2 09-04-2013 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420 of the I.P.C.
It is alleged that 325 quintal of rice was found short in the godown when accusation has been levelled against the petitioner since petitioner was transporting the grains of mid-day-mill.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the actual verification has not been done properly when for the liability of the shortage, petitioner alone cannot be held responsible.
Petitioner undertakes to deposit Rs.
1,00,000/- before learned Court below which will be invested in some fixed deposit scheme in connection with the present case which will be subject to the result of the case.

On deposit of the aforesaid amount, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Industrial P.S. Case No. 18 of 2012.
