The petitioners being the mother and brother of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after eight years of the marriage.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that actually the victim died at her parents’ house and the accusation is not specific against the petitioners.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court
