JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 5 09-07-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.10.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that on 18/19.09.2012, the minor daughter of the informant was kidnapped by unknown criminals. Subsequently one human skeleton was found. Though the F.I.R. was registered against unknown but suspicion was raised against the petitioner since the petitioner gave threatening for not transferring the land by the informant side. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion, accusation has been levelled against the petitioner when statement has been made in paragraph no. 8 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand)
with two sureties of the like amount each to the
satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Muzaffarpur in
connection with Town P.S. Case No. 507 of 2012.
