The petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.9.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,325,307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of assaulting the wife and causing fracture injury.
It is submitted that in fact the injury has been found to be simple and for the occurrence of 1.9.2012, the FIR was registered on 9.9.2012.
Considering the delayed lodging of the case and the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM,
