2 09-07-2013 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.03.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/34 of the I.P.C. and 26 of the Arms Act.
Accusation is of making an attempt to kidnap and snatch the motorcycle when the police apprehended the accused persons and from their possession two motorcycles and three cartridges were recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that father and uncle of the petitioner were killed when father of the informant was made accused who was absconder and others were convicted and brother of the petitioner has filed a case for killing of his father and uncle at the hands of the informant’s family when the cousins of the informant were also made accused.

petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that accusation is serious in nature and the cartridges were also recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
Considering the background in which the accusation has been levelled, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 34 of 2013.
