JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 6 09-07-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 02.07.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 201/34, 304B and 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after 2½ years of marriage for nonfulfillment of dowry demand. It is alleged that the dead body was recovered from a bamboo clump. The viscera report suggests that death was caused due to poisoning. Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with S.T. No. 1357 of 2012, arising out of Rupauli (Akbarpur) P.S. Case No. 115 of 2012 pending in the court of the learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge No. VIII, Purnea.
