2 25-02-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of assault with lathi and iron rod to the informant, his son and his wife. Except injury caused to the son of the informant, all injuries have been found to be simple.
It is submitted that accusation is not specific as whose assault caused injury to the son of the informant.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
