JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 25-02-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in Rajepur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2006 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379, 323, 324, 341, 447, 448 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahana at Motihari, East Champaran.
It alleged that on the order of Shyam Sundar Das, Satya Narayan assaulted the father of the informant with farsa when this petitioner assaulted with rod when Pappu assaulted with dagger.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple.
In view of this Court, it is a case for consideration of regular bail.
Let the learned court below consider the regular bail of the petitioner if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks.
