2 25-02-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323,447,336,504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that when the informant demanded for his back wages he was assaulted and abused by calling the caste name.

It is submitted that the injury has been found to be simple and on the application being filed before the Superintendent of Police, the Superintendent of police got an enquiry conducted when it was found that only some altercation took place with Gopal Mishra and Santosh Mishra and accusation

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Bagen Gola P.S. Case No. 52 of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
