2 25-02-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,323,324,307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that petitioner Ram Roop Baitha assaulted with garasa on the head of the informant when the wife of the informant came then the petitioner Ganauri Baitha assaulted with lathi when Pramod Choudhary taken away the jewellery.
It is submitted that the injury of the informant suggests that it has been caused by hard and blunt substance.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve
