The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the
victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after four years of the marriage for non-fulfilment of the dowry demand and disposal of the dead body.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners were separate from the husband of the victim.

Considering the fact that the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim who, as per counsel for the petitioners, is in custody, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each
