The petitioners being the parents, brothers and brother’s wife of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after 5 to 6 years of the marriage for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is not specific when the petitioners are residing separately from the husband of the victim.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim, who, as per learned counsel for the petitioners, will surrender before the learned court below within a period of six years, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 47 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The bail bonds of the petitioners shall be accepted on surrender of the husband of the victim.
