The petitioners are accused in Mahila P.S. Case No.49 of 2013 registered under Sections 290/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners had gone for taking dinner in the Gulmohar Restaurant and in course of raid being conducted there by the police, petitioners have been arrested on mere suspicion. The petitioners are in jail custody since 17.7.2013.

The allegation is that in course of raid being conducted by the police in Gulmohar Restaurant on 16.7.2013, 13 adult males and 13 adult girls were found in objectionable condition.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on

bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.49 of 2013.
