The petitioner is accused in Shakurabad P.S. Case No.51 of 2012 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he gave a dagger blow on the chest and neck of Ranjeet Kumar, the cousin brother of the informant, Sanjay Kumar Yadav, but only one injury was found on the right side of the injured, Ranjeet Kumar, which is lacerated and not sharp cutting and while the opinion regarding the same was kept reserved by the doctor but the opinion of the doctor regarding the same has not been brought to the notice at the time of disposal of the bail petition by the court of Sessions Judge, Jehanabad, on 18.7.2013. It is also submitted that,

in fact, the informant and the injured, Ranjeet Kumar, are accused in the murder case of the father of the petitioner regarding which Shakurabad P.S. Case No.107 of 2011 was instituted. As such, only to give undue pressure, this false case has been lodged against the petitioner and his family members.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Sakurabad P.S. Case No.51 of 2012.
