The petitioner is accused in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2013/ G.R. No. 390 of 2013 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that, one Nokia Mobile phone and cash of Rs. 300/- are said to be recovered from the possession of the petitioner which belong to the petitioner but the Nokia Mobile phone has not been put on T. I. Parade, while the petitioner is in jail custody since 06.03.2013.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
