The petitioners seek bail in connection with Civil Line P.S. Case No. 265 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and informant are co-villagers and they have falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. It is further submitted that Pasuli and Bomb were not recovered from the possession of the petitioners but the same were produced by the informant itself. It is also submitted that informant has not sustained any injury and the petitioners are in jail custody since 26.06.2013. It is further submitted that both the parties have filed joint compromise petition for settlement of their dispute as

contained in Annexure -3.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Civil Line P.S. Case No. 265 of 2013.
