Additional Government Advocate.

 The petitioners are villagers of village Murgapalli in the district of Ganjam.
 The aforesaid village was under the jurisdiction of old Grama Panchayat named Asurabandha. On
 bifurcation of Asurabandha Grama Panchayat, a new Grama Panchayat named Bhagabanpur was creat
ed and village Murgapalli was brought under the jurisdiction of Bhagabanpur Grama Panchayat. T
he petitioners want that the headquarters of Bhagabanpur Grama Panchayat be fixed at Green Gol
a Chaka, Murgapalli, as all the infrastructure and Government Land are available there.
 Taking into consideration the limited grievance of the petitioners and without
 going into merit of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the pet
itioners shall file a detailed representation along with a certified copy of this order and co
py of the writ petition containing all the Annexures, before the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to
 the Government in Panchayati Raj Department, within 15 (fifteen) days from today.

 Learned Commissioner-cum-Secretary to the Government in Panchayati Raj Depar
tment is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioners within four weeks from the date
 of receipt of a certified copy of this order. If necessary, the petitioners and other concern
ed parties may be given opportunity of hearing in the matter, and a reasoned order in consonan
ce with the guidelines of the Government be passed by the learned Commissioner-cum-Secretary,
Panchayati Raj Department.
 The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
 A free copy of this order be supplied to the learned Addl. Government Advocate
 for compliance.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
