 The petitioner is stated to have undertaken certain construction works on bein
g directed departmentally by the B.D.O., Khariar. It is alleged that, though the work has alre
ady been completed, the due of the petitioner has not yet been paid to him.
 In this regard, the petitioner is stated to have filed a representation before
 the B.D.O., Khariar, but in vain.
 Taking into consideration the limited grievance of the petitioner and without
going into merit of the case, this writ application is disposed of, directing the petitioner t
o file a fresh representation before the Collector, Nuapada (Opp. Party No.2) detailing his en
titlements within 15 days from today. If such a representation is filed, the same shall be dis
posed of by the Collector, Nuapada within four weeks from the date of its filing by passing a
reasoned order.

 It is made clear that, if the petitioner is found to be entitled to the due, h
e is claiming and, if he has already completed the work undertaken, the due be paid to him wit
hout any further hassles, of course, if there is no other legal impediment.
 The writ application is accordingly disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
