Heard both the sides.
The petitioner- Santosh Kumar is in custody since 21.11.2022 in connection with Meharma P.S. Case No. 168 of 2022 (N.D.P.S. Case No.12 of 2022) for the offence registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(A), 32 and 17 of N.D.P.S. Act pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Godda.
It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that small quantity of Ganja weighing 50 gm is alleged to have been seized from the Tea stall of this petitioner.
Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail.
Under the circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
