Heard both the sides.
The petitioner- Deepak Kumar Singh @ Deepak Singh is in custody since 12.08.2022 in connection with Bariatu P.S. Case No. 211 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 324, 307, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of Arms Act pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.
It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that he is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has come-up in the confessional statement of the co-accused Vaibhav Kumar. It is submitted that as per the prosecution case, Rohit Munda and Rohan Srivastava were the main assailants who had fired at the informant and the allegation this petitioner against is that motorcycle used in the offence, has been recovered at his instance.
Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail.
Under the circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
