Heard both the sides.
The petitioner- Chunna Mandal @ Nisant Kumar Bharti @ Nishant Bharti is in custody since 01.10.2022 in connection with Godda (Town) P.S. Case No.263 of 2022 (N.D.P.S. Case No.09 of 2022) for the offence registered under Sections 20(b), 21(b) and 22(b) of N.D.P.S. Act of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Godda.
It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that only small quantity of brown sugar and Ganja have been seized from him.
Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail but has not disputed the factual submission made on behalf of learned counsel on behalf of petitioner.
Under the circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
