06/07.02.2020 The petitioner has challenged the order dated 06.04.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. Case No.110 of 2010 by which he has been directed to pay Rs.1,500/- per month to O.P No.2.
There is a reference of certain documents filed by the petitioner in the proceeding under section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, however, these documents such as deposition of the parties in P.C.R Case No.98 of 2010 have not been produced by the petitioner in the present proceeding. Today is the 4th date of listing of this criminal revision petition. Atleast on two occasions adjournment has been granted, still necessary documents have not been produced by the petitioner.
In the above facts, Criminal Revision No.524 of 2016 is dismissed for non-prosecution.
