03/24.01.2020 The petitioner has challenged the judgment dated 08.06.2016 passed in Maintenance Case No.16 of 2013 by which he has been directed to pay Rs.8,000/- per month to his wife and Rs.2,000/- per month to his minor son for their maintenance.

Accordingly, Criminal Revision No.949 of 2016 is dismissed in default.
