08/07.02.2020 This writ petition was filed on 22.03.2017 seeking quashing of the Charge-sheet No. 08 of 2016 dated 30.09.2016 filed by CBI-ACB, Dhanbad in RC No. 13(S)/2013-D dated 04.10.2013.
In the meantime the learned Special Judge CBI-cum-11th District & Additional Sessions Judge, Dhanbad has taken cognizance of the offence under section 120-B read with 201, 379, 409, 461, 462 & 477 of the Indian Penal Code and section 13(2) read with 13(1)(d) of the P.C. Act, 1988 vide order dated 26.05.2017.
