This matter was listed for hearing on 18.12.2017 but on that date also no one has appeared for the petitioner.

Seeking condonation of delay the petitioner has filed I.A. No. 6906 of 2017.
The application seeking condonation of delay does not refer to any material facts. The petitioner has simply said that he has remained in financial crunch and somehow he could arrange fund to meet the expenditure for filing the present criminal revision and thereafter this criminal revision petition has been filed on 17.12.2016. Apparently, the petitioner has failed to show sufficient cause for condoning the delay of 976 days.
Accordingly, I.A. No. 6906 of 2017 is dismissed.
Consequently, Criminal Revision No. 1626 of 2016 is dismissed.
