The petitioner has challenged the judgment dated 25.06.2016 passed in Original Miscellaneous Case No.22 of 2014 by which he has been directed to pay Rs.5,000/per month to his wife and Rs.2,500/- per month for his minor son for their maintenance.
Mr. Anjani Kumar, the learned counsel appears for the opposite parties and Mr. Shiv Shankar Kumar, the learned A.P.P appears for the State.
Mr. Nikhilesh Kumar Chatterjee, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this criminal revision petition.
