Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing for the State.

Petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 185 of 1999(S) arising out of Chaibasa (Mufasil) P.S. Case No. 119 of 1990 (G.R. No. 625 of 1990).

This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail for about 18 years.

It has been stated that the petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2018.

It appears that out of 7 charge-sheet witnesses, 2 witnesses have been examined.

Regard being had to the period undergone by the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Chaibasa in connection with S.T. Case No. 185 of 1999(S) arising out of Chaibasa (Mufasil) P.S. Case No. 119 of 1990 (G.R. No. 625 of 1990), subject to the condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date before the learned trial Court till conclusion of trial with a further direction to the leaned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
