04/18.09.2019 Heard Mr. A.K.Chaturvedy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Vipul Divya, learned counsel for the State. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 92 of 2018, corresponding to G. R. No. 532 of 2018.
Allegation has been levelled that the shop of the informant was entered by the thieves and Rs.2,90,518/- in cash and laptop were stolen away. The petitioner has been implicated on the confession of co-accused Md. Rajjak and Md. Ibrar Khan which was made in Sherghati P.S. Case No. 249 of 2018 and the said Md. Rajjak has been granted bail by this court in B.A. No. 9814 of 2018 whereas Md. Ibrar Khan has been granted bail in B.A. No. 9796 of 2018.
Although it has been stated that in the CCTV footage the petitioner was identified but considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2019, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 92 of 2018, corresponding to G. R. No. 532 of 2018.
