Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kunda P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018, corresponding to N.D.P.S.No. 83 of 2018.
It appears from the allegations that from the old mud house belonging to the petitioner and co-accused Anil Yadav cans containing wet opium and one plastic sack containing small pieces of Katha were recovered. The wet opium was weighed to be 1.125 kg whereas the Katha was of 7 kg. The petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Chatra, in connection with Kunda P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018, corresponding to N.D.P.S.No. 83 of 2018.
